Before we get started on the fun stuff, let me say firstly that we are looking to fill these vacancies by 1st March 2023.

We are a friendly bunch of young professionals who have two lovely second floor bedrooms available in a beautiful house directly opposite Heaton Park. We love music, yoga and good food, and enjoy a healthy balance between our own space and socialising together.

The rooms are cosy retreats a hair's breadth from the lush greenery of Heaton Park below. Spread across 3 floors (4 if you include the cellar!!), the house itself is also huge, allowing more than enough space to comfortably accommodate 7 people. Although the lounge is already pretty heavyweight itself, there is also a separate dining room, plus a large kitchen, porch, bike storage under the stairs, 2 showers and 2 toilets (one is separate), and a shared drive with the neighbour.

Only 30 mins walk from the city centre (or 30 secs to the nearest bus stop if you're feeling lazy), 10 mins from Morrisons and Byker/Chilli Rd metro, 5 mins from Heaton's many famous hip cafes, and on the doorstop of one of the most beautiful parks in Newcastle, the location couldn't be much better.

The £260 doesn't include bills, but over the course of a year we tend to pay in the region of £100 per person per month for energy/council tax/internet/cleaning products, so budget for around £360 in total.
