Double room in Heaton

We are looking for a young professional female who would like to enjoy this lovely clean and quiet home with myself (live-in landlady) and one other young professional women. There are great transport links in this area of Heaton and good access to shops/supermarkets too. We enjoy meeting new people, but value our own space and work/study commitments and appreciate a quiet house. Drinking and partying is not our scene, however we are very good at cooking roast dinners and baking and love hot chocolate! The rent is £400 a month per room, with a monthly contribution of £105 each towards bills. Council tax is split additionally to both of these and is approximately £65 per month.
