Due to two of our housemates moving on to pastures new we have two double rooms available in our lovely professional house share. The well furnished rooms are available from 1st September 2016, for an 11 month tenancy agreement. Bills are not included but are inexpensive when split between 4 tenants.

There will be two of us staying on in the property. We are both young professional females who work hard and enjoy relaxing at the weekend. We have both been completing Postgraduate courses alongside working full time this year, however will hopefully have a bit more time to socialise from September!

The house has a lovely vibe, with no pressure to spend lots of time together, but opportunity to catch up with a friendly face at the end of a busy day!

The property is a fully furnished 4 double bed-roomed house, with spacious lounge, large kitchen includes dishwasher, 6 ring hob cooker, microwave, large freezer and separate larder fridge toaster etc etc. All bedrooms come with orthopaedic mattresses & 2 rooms accommodate 6' beds. 1 large family bathroom with bath & shower & separate WC.

The house is situated on a quiet residential street with roadside parking, close to the main Coast Road with all the amenities that Heaton & Chillingham Road have to offer. Sainsburys Superstore is within walking distance and the property is minutes from Jesmond & the City Centre, along with direct access to North Shields & Tynemouth on the Coast Road.

Bus routes into Newcastle and Tynemouth & North Shields are just a 2 minute walk. All safety checks and certificates are current.

Viewings can be arranged from 25th July & throughout August. Professionals preferred.
