Available from 1st September till 31st August.
in Heaton, in a quiet area, perfect if you actually want to get some sleep.
Rent it £300 per month for 12 months or other payment methods are available.
Deposit is £300 with UK home owner guarantor or £600 without.
Bills would be around £20-25 a month.
