You'll virtually have the place to yourself as I'm not there very much, so it's a real bargain. The place is very close to the local shopping centre and metro, offering quick access to the great shopping & nightlife of Newcastle town centre, or the fairground and coast at South Shields (10mins either way).
The room has a large double bed with orthopaedic mattress, large wardrobe, drawers etc.
The flat has a large lounge and dining area, gas c/h with combi boiler, so instant hot water, gas hob with electric oven which is the best combination, and a nice bathroom with good pressure shower.
Plenty of storage is also available and there's a shared parking bay outside if needed.
Regarding the bills:
This is obviously an area of concern for everyone these days due to the cost of fuel. So to set your mind at ease, I've recently spent a lot of time and money insulating the property throughout and installing a new high efficiency combi boiler with high efficiency radiators and a high efficiency gas fire. This should keep the cost of heating down. Water and electricity usage is under your own control.
Council Tax and unlimited broadband are included.
