Flat Mate Wanted!!! Room Available!!!

So I’m looking for a flat mate to move into my home with me in the new year..

I’m really looking for someone to get along with and generally call my flat mate, I have an empty room in my home and really could do with the extra hand with bills as I’m paying the full lot at the moment.

The room is pretty much unfurnished apart from a smart TV and TV stand + Single mattress, I’m looking for someone who is willing to do there own thing with there room as I have with mine as really don’t have the time and money to kit the room out with new everything!

The kitchen facilities are all kitted out as you can see via photos and is always kept very clean and ready for use as I spent all my time in my bedroom I’ve not yet found a sofa for the living room but once I find one for the right price I’ll but getting one, as I say I’m hopefully looking to grow this place with someone as it’s a lot to take on on my own...

I only want working people like my self and people who are going to be clean and tidy.

The internet and TV package is Virgin Ultimate Ooph Bundle with the highest commercial internet speeds publicly available and a huge TV bundle with everything on all sports and movies available on demand, you’ll have your own box in your room as I got the extra one fitted when I moved as I knew I’d be getting a flat mate!!
