Requirements to secure the room if you are interested are:
1) View the property, be happy with it. .

2) Pass the Government "Right to Rent" check. Pleased walk, with your passport for this. Depending on documents a renter's share code is also required.

3) Pay the refundable Security Deposit of £270 to hold the property for you for a maximum of 5 days.

4) Then it's £135 paid weekly in advance every Friday by standing order; with two weeks 14-days notice if you wish to leave after you have lived for a contracted period of 3-month, so, you are not locked in if you are either not happy or need to leave for any unplanned reason at anytime.

Please appreciate that your room is a double room, but it is for a single person occupation and not for sharing.

This is only so that both you and your housemate are not crowded. Your visitors are certainly welcomed, but 'no couples' sharing the room as tenants sadly. Only one tenant in each double room.

Therefore, each will never feel overcrowded in their home by the other.
