• Single room, currently unfurnished
• Fold‑out sofa bed or futon available if needed short term
• Bills included: gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband
• Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (shower only, no bath)

About Me:
I’m in my early 30s, working full‑time, and more of a “drink at home and relax” type than a party animal. I keep noise low and respect neighbours’ peace.
Interests include music, gigs, comedy, football, tattoos, writing, and generally try keep life interesting.

What I’m Looking For:
• Open to anyone respectful and easy to live with
• Single occupancy only
• No pets due to landlord rules (tanks/vivs considered)
• Smoking outside only
