Spacious spare room available in a friendly, lived-in home in Houghton-le-Spring, shared with Richard and Rowen, a gay couple.

We are looking for a respectful, reliable lodger who is LGBTQ+ friendly and comfortable living in a gay household. The room would suit someone kind, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with.

**The room/home includes:**

* £450 per month, all bills included
* Spacious spare room
* Garden
* Downstairs bathroom
* Shared kitchen and living space
* Friendly, relaxed household

We would appreciate someone who is happy to share normal household responsibilities, including taking turns with cleaning and helping with meals where possible.

**House expectations:**

* Must be LGBTQ+ friendly
* No illegal drugs in the home
* No abuse, bullying, racism, homophobia, transphobia or derogatory comments
* Must be respectful of the home, neighbours and each other
* Clean, considerate and trustworthy
