Housemate wanted for large Edwardian terrace

Hi there,

I'm a 24 y/o friendly young professional guy. Interest in ceramics and a part time potter! I love cooking too. I'm looking for a house mate to share my beautiful large three bedroomed Edwardian end terrace house with.

The room I am offering is available from 20th July 2012. Great location for a young professional, or savvy student who has realised that by living a 15 minute bus ride out of Durham city, they could have a lot more space for a lot less money!

Really big bathroom, downstairs washroom, bedroom for rent is fully-furnished and a very good size. Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers et cetera. Good-sized yard out the back, separate lounge and dining room. Lovely big period open fire in dining room, with large open plan kitchen joined on.

Rent includes all bills, internet, phone et cetera. I also have a cleaner who comes a couple of hours a week, to help with housework = less to do for me and roommate! Viewings welcome. Ideally looking for mature student / young professional, male or female. No pets please, and no couples, sorry.
