No special requirements for a lodger, but a reference would be great and all proper background checks and deposits will be required. Additionally I am in no rush or desperate need to let out a room, so will only do so if I think it is the right person.
There are good transport links to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle, Hartlepool, Middlesborough, anywhere really with the A19/A1 very easily accessed.
