Housemates are a mix of 3 girls and 3 guys, who are friendly, sociable (but not party animals), tidy and respectful of eachother's space.

Rent of £75pppw includes 20Mb broadband, cable tv, water rates, tv licence and monthly cleaning of communal areas. Gas and electricity are shared equally between housemates.

It is a clean, nicely decorated and furnished 7 bedroom house in Jesmond, very close to Jesmond Dene, only 10 mins walk to the city centre and Universities, 5 mins to the Metro and 1 min to stacks of buses. If you have a car, we are one of the few remaining areas of Jesmond where you don't need to pay for a parking permit.
