I am looking for a 1 x Female OR Male PROFESSIONAL OR POSTGRADUATE flatmate in a very spacious stylish 5 bed/2 bath upper maisonette.

STRICTLY 12 MONTH MINIMUM LET ONLY!!

It is perfectly located just off Osborne Road on a quiet street on Queens Road, minutes away from Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose with an array of local restaurants, bars and local shops, swimming pool and library of central Jesmond with a 2 minute walk to the every 15 mins electric bus service on Osborne Road, 5 min walk to West Jesmond metro station and 10-15 minute walk into the City Centre. Flat amenities include: A light and neutral contemporary decor; full double glazing; large combined living room and kitchen space; large flatscreen tv, cable tv, highspeed internet, large corner sofa and dining table for 6; fully fitted white high gloss kitchen including american style fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, washer dryer, oven and hob; very recent bathroom refurbishment with large shower cubicle, concealed wc and fitted vanity sink cupboard, separate Wc and additional shower room with sink on the 2nd floor.

I am looking for professionals (or postgrad student) who works days or evenings (NO NIGHTSHIFT, sorry), who will fit in with the current tenants. The flat is in a permit parking area and there are 1 permit available currently.

There are no fees but if you decide to take a room with us we will require one weeks rent as a holding deposit this will be deducted from your first months rent when you move in.
