The 2 current housemates are in the process of buying houses and so will be moving out sometime in the next few months. Please note that this means we may need to vacate the property earlier than anticipated, so you will need to be flexible. We will give you as much notice as possible (a minimum of one month). We can be sure that the room will be available for at least 2 months from November 7th to early Januray.

The property is a large 3 bed ground floor flat in Jesmond. Very close (3 minute walk) to Jesmond metro and close to Osbourne Road. Walking distance to city centre and the university, near to Exhibition Park.

The room has a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe.

We have super fast and reliable 100 MB/s internet and WiFi boosters throughout the flat.

Our bills come to a total of around £150 each a month for gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax.

We are two professional males aged 27 (one vegan). We are friendly and sociable and happy to live with a student or professional.
