One large double student room to rent

Due to myself dropping out of university I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy available immediately.
The room is very large and has one large window. It is furnished with a bed with a new mattress this year, wardrobe, drawers, bookshelf, desk and mirror.
The house has 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are currently occupied by girls ages 19-21 and are all students at Newcastle University. The girls are really friendly, sociable and tidy.
The house is located in a really great spot just a short 2 minute walk away from the heart of Jesmond and its shops, bars and restaurants. The house is also only a 5 minute walk to either West Jesmond or Jesmond metro stations (is located in between them).
