House is a mix of sociable professionals and postgraduates. Current group are looking for a friendly postgraduate students to join them.

The rent quoted does not include bills, but these are currently £100 a month for council tax, water rates, cable TV and broadband, TV licence, gas and electricity.

Fortnightly professional cleaning of the shared spaces is included in the rent.

The house is fully double glazed, furnished to a good standard with large lounge, 2 bathrooms (one recently refurbished) and large dining kitchen.

The rooms are clean and brightly decorated with laminate flooring, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and super fast Wi-Fi mesh broadband.
