Jesmond- Seeking a postgrad/professional flatmate

I am looking for a clean, tidy, kind person to share a lovely large (1188sq. ft.) 2 bedroom second floor flat on Eskdale Terrace in the heart of Brandling Village Conservation area. It is a great location, close to Jesmond Metro Station, Clayton Road and a short walking distance into the centre of town.

There are 2 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bath, both the kitchen and the bathroom have been refurbished in the last year.

Your bedroom has a big window (west facing) so plenty of light during the day, and is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. High ceilings so good storage on top of the wardrobe too if you want.

I moved into the flat just over four years ago and have worked hard to make it into a nice home to live in. I would like to find someone who would also think of it as their home, keeping it tidy and a nice place to live. It is a large flat, and certainly more than enough space for two people to live comfortably together.

I have just qualified as a teacher and will be out during the week at work.
There is a desk available for you to use to work from home, on the large landing, outside your room. During the week it is quite chilled in the flat, I like cooking in the big kitchen, going to the gym, running and watching some good series on TV. At the weekend I like seeing friends, going for food and drinks and being outdoors. I love Christmas time, having a big tree by the living room window, and decorations around the flat.

Mon-Fri lets considered. My current flat mate is leaving at the start of July, so I would be looking for someone to move in shortly after.

Parking permit for on street parking is available to apply for online.

Rent includes some bills, it does not include gas, electric and council tax, these average £125 per month per person, depending on the time of year.
