Fun Student house Jesmond - Bills included

Hello!! we are looking for a 4th flatmate to live with us from the end of June/July all through our 2nd year. We're all outgoing, and we love a night out a few drinks but we also love a night in on the sofa too. We are all really sociable, welcoming and friendly.
The house is a perfect location, 2 minutes from Osborne road, the metro and exhibition park. The house is surrounded by other student houses so will be a sociable house.
There is a large front room, dining table, a large kitchen and a balcony with a small garden too.
2 bathrooms, one with a bath! 4 good sized bedrooms all with lots of storage and desk space.
