Due to moving with work I have to give up my room in this 2 bed maisonette. It compromises of an entrance with stairs up into a large, light dining room. Off this is a spacious kitchen, very spacious bathroom with a bath and seperate shower, and a large living room. Stairs in the living room lead up to a landing with 2 bedrooms, both doubles. The room advertised has a large window, built in wardrobe and ariel fitting. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house contains my housemates furniture so most things will be already in. The bed pictured is a super king size so shows how big the room is. A standard double would be almost half the size of that.

Bills aren't included but will total about £105 including superfast fibre broadband, netflix and amazon prime, council tax and unlimited water.

Room is available almost ASAP for a £425 returnable damage deposit and £425 per calender month. The current contract ends in October 2021, which is extendable should you wish.

Current housemate is a 23 year old professional who is very socialable and easy to get on with.
