Studio Flat With View Of Gardens And Trees

The flat comprises two thirds of the top floor of our Victorian Terraced House in a very quiet leafy street near Jesmond Dene.
There is a double bedroom with desk, chest of drawers, bookcase easy chair and side table, a kitchen with table and chairs with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer, all crockery, pots and pans etc.
There is a 'shared' toilet and shower room which is however only very rarely used by us as the other room on the top floor is one of our guest rooms.
The flat overlooks gardens and trees in a quiet street.
We have a cat in the house and occasionally have our daughter's cat to stay so looking for someone who likes pets.
We would prefer a mature working person or post graduate student, but as we are paying all the bills we do not want someone who would be working from home all the time.
We have another flat on the ground floor which at the moment is not let, but may be in the future.
Our kitchen is on the ground floor, but we live mainly on the middle floor.
