I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely 1 bed, fully furnished loft flat in jesmond, as I will no longer be able to move in due to placement commitments. The flat is modern and fully furnished (with dishwasher, washing machine, bedroom television and flat screen in lounge), has lots of natural light and is honestly more spacious that it looks in the pictures. The bedroom comes with a double bed, desk and an en suite and all bills are included in the monthly price. It is round the corner from Jesmond metro station, a 10 minute walk from Northumbria University, a 15 minute walk from Newcastle University, and a 20 minute walk from Newcastle city centre, so would be great for any students who would like to live by themselves, or with a partner. The flat comes with parking in front of the building with space for many cars. I would love to be able to stay in this cosy flat myself, but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to live in an ideal location for studies and socialising.
