Room to rent in a 2 bed 2nd floor partly furnished flat in Sandyford Newcastle for a young professional.
I work as a midwife in Gateshead, I have lived in this flat for 3 years and my housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so I have a room to fill! I love socialising and going out for dinner, drinks and walks, but I also like time to myself to just chill, bake, watch movies and read. I’m looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy, sociable but with a good respect for boundaries.
My housemate and I use split wise for bills which works well!
The flat is partly furnished including sofas, kitchen appliances and beds. You may want to buy a chest of drawers for the room though for extra storage but the wardrobe/cupboard in the hallway would be yours also. We also have a garage for extra storage.
If you’re interested I’d definitely like to meet whoever moves in before to make sure we’d be compatible roommates and answer any questions you have!
