Hello! We have a fantastic, very spacious room available in our centrally located Jesmond home and are looking for a friendly and responsible roommate to join our household to replace my space.

2 current flatmates are studying their Master's and PhD right now and working part time jobs alongside so looking for someone who's either master / phd students or professional. (3rd year can be considered. )

- Furnished double room
Rent: £650 (big one) £590 (small one) per month (all bill included no extra charge)
Our house is south facing, you will get full of day light for your vitamin D!
Also, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine AND a tumble dryer which makes your life a lot easier! trust me it's such a luxury in a rented house.

Our home is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Jesmond, providing a serene environment for both work and relaxation.

-Perfectly situated just a 3-minute walk to Waitrose and Tesco.
-Only 5-8 minutes on foot to the metro station.
