Spare bedroom in our student house! :)

All girls’ student house, looking for a flatmate until the end of our tenancy, in the summer. The house has nice shared spaces (living room and kitchen). The room available shares the bathroom with two girls. There is an outdoor area at the back. Ideal location near West Jesmond metro, a Tesco, Sainsburys and post office, as well as cute high street shops and restaurants! 20 min walk to university and town. The four currently living here take history at Newcastle, and are in second year. The flatmate who moved our, dropped out of uni, so we are looking for someone to take her room! The room has a desk, shelves, wardrobe, mirror and double bed.
