Nice kitchen and living room area, close to all bars in jesmond and jesmond dean which is a lovely place to go for a walk. Maximum 30 min walk to Newcastle university but it never takes that long. 5-10 min walk to jesmond and west jesmond metros. All housemates are lovely.
