Double en-suite room available ASAP

I’m looking for a friendly housemate to move into the second bedroom in this gorgeous flat. The flat comes with on street permit parking and the large bedroom has your own en-suite. Bills not included - feel free to ask me about these :) the tenancy is rolling so you can stay for as short or as long as you would like :)

I am a sociable, tidy and respectful housemate, I don’t often drink and I mostly work weekends for the NHS as a healthcare assistant. I go to the gym often and love being outdoors. I am not looking for someone who party’s all the time as I like to have a calm home environment!

I have a 3 year old cat who is fully house trained and very friendly, so if you like cats this is a bonus for you!
