Double Room in Jesmond, Newcastle

Hi! I've just finished my university degree and have decided to move back home, so I am looking to find a replacement tenant for my shared house. I'm advertising a furnished double room in a 5 person house which has access to a garden, kitchen, shared living space (living room), spare room, cupboards for storage, 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 bath. The kitchen also comes with a washing machine and a dryer :)

The house is roughly 4/5 minute walk away from West Jesmond metro, and from there the metro into Newcastle Uni is only about 5/10 minutes. Additionally, the walk into campus is only 25/30 minutes away, with lots of local shops (e. g Sainsburys & Tesco) a short distance away from the house, including some nice local coffee shops and places for brunch!

My remaining three housemates are all fantastic and lovely people, studying medicine, biology and civil engineering. All three of the girls are at important points in their degrees as they are coming to the end, and so are more interested in a cosy night-in with a movie rather than going out and/or clubbing, and so someone with a similar sort of mindset might be more suitable!

The ppcm is currently £541.67 excluding bills

Another housemate of mine is also advertising their room, and so buddy-ups might be available if there are two people looking to live together! There is no parking included with the property, however, there is a street directly opposite that you wouldn't need a permit for, and is completely free.
