House is a 4 bedroom maisonette on Buston Terrace, in the middle of Jesmond (couple minutes walk to Osborne Road)

House has three other girls, looking for girls only to takeover my room,
Since I’ve already paid the rent for the first month (yesterday) you’ll get the first month rent and bill free as I won’t be asking for this back, just want it taken over, moving home to save up for travelling.
