I’m currently looking for someone to take over my current tenancy in August

About the flat:

It is a beautiful large flat in an amazing location in Jesmond featuring a large separate kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and oven, a spacious living room with tv, one spacious double sized bedroom with an ensuite decent size bathroom with bath/shower unit and - all furnished.

The flat is located just off Osborne Road, within walking distance to Jesmond metro station, 20 min walk to city centre and 10 min walk to the centre of Jesmond. It’s ideal for anyone commuting for work in and out of the city.

The current rent is £700 each plus bills which are roughly around £80 monthly (water, energy, WiFi). This is a really decent price all together for the size and location of the flat.

Current flatmate is a social, clean, respectful flatmate, who would love to do things together after work/weekends together.

The flat is available from 01 August, but looking to renew tenancy quite soon to sign the contract.
