3 Bed Flat - Central Jesmond

Hi we're two Newcastle University students entering our final year. Looking for a 3rd flatmate to fill our friend's room due to him no longer being able to fill his position. We're two 21 year old males studying Business/Geography and Sports Science. We're both avid surfers and play other sports such as hockey aswell. We're very laid back but always up for socialising and having a good time. The place is a modern furnished 3 bedroom flat overlooking Osbourne Road. There is a stylish feel to the flat with a large lounge/kitchen area more than big enough for 3 tenants. The bathroom is nice with a rainfall shower alongside normal shower in one. The room available is a double bed with a roof skylight velux window. It has a large closet with full length mirror alongside a bedside table and desk. I have attached the rightmove images of the room and rest of flat, however we have a full video walkthrough of the flat from our viewing so please do not hesitate to get in contact and I can send it over.
