I’m currently looking for someone to take over mine and my flatmates tenancy in this two bedroom apartment based in West Jesmond as my flatmate is relocating. We’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy from earlier to mid September.
Tenancy would for the whole flat and rooms cannot be let out individually. The remaining tenancy would be 10 months but the letting agent is happy to agree to 12 months.
This is a top floor apartment with a decent size double room and a smaller room with a double bed. There is an open living room and kitchen and on street permitted parking is available.
The apartment is £700 per person/room (£1400 for the whole flat) with all bills included - council tax, broadband and utilities.
