We are a house of 3 guys and 2 girls (aged between 21-24) looking for someone of a similar age to fill our spare room. We are a mixture of students and professionals. We are looking for someone to stay until the end of the tenancy in July 2025.
The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and an outside courtyard.
We are laid back and sociable. We enjoy going to the pub and going out but also like having chill nights in. We socialise and hang out as a household and would love to find someone who'd be willing to join us.
The house is located in a great position, opposite the Brentwood Avenue shops and close to the West Jesmond metro.
