This property is a semi-detached, 7 bed house with a room available. All the current tenants are female university students and that is what we're looking for in a new housemate. It is a shared bathroom between three people. The room available is a very cute loft room with plenty of storage and a double bed. The house has a spacious living room with lots of seating and a massive tv, also a large kitchen with plenty of storage, two ovens, a large stove, a washing machine, dryer, and dish washer all included. The house has a small garden area with a small fire pit and seats. The house is close to the metro and so is perfect for travel around Newcastle. Parking is also available.
