I am currently looking to sublet my room in a four bedroom house that has three other young professional girls. All the girls are aged between 21-23 and are former students. They are all lovely and enjoy socialising, coffee trips, and nights at the pub.

It is located in the Jesmond area and is right around the corner from Illford Road metro station with good access to town and both universities. The property features two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. There is free on street parking. There is a small outside area.

Altogether this room is around £600 a month including rent, bills and council tax (students are exempt from council tax). This property is council tax band B,

I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in the beginning of January and the tenancy ends in July.
