Double bed room in all-girls flat, Jesmond

A spacious double bed room in Jesmond. You'd be living with four other lovely girls who all met via spareroom and have been in the flat for differing lengths of time. There's usually someone about to chat to in the kitchen - lots of baking and friendly vibes. Many of the friends I've met in Newcastle were former flatmates.

As you can see from the picture, the room and flat are well kept. There are two bathrooms, so you'll only share with one other girl.

Bills are £58.60 per month, and a varying additional charge based on utility usage (For example, in the summer months, this was £0, but in the winter, it was £25 max).

10 minutes walk into town.
On-site parking not available.
Really friendly, attentive landlord.
