Urgently looking for a tenant to take my room in a lovely two story 5 bed flat in Jesmond, i'm leaving uni so I'm looking for someone to take the room and start a new contract. Flat of four girls, fine art and languages students. Lovely chill flatmates, not a crazy party household! Ideally looking for a female Newcastle Uni student to take my place. The property is student cribs, Linden House. Light and airy rooms, no mould or damp issues. Well insulated and maintained, student cribs have been great at dealing with any issues so far. 10 minute walk to uni. Near Jesmond Osborne Road and Jesmond Dene.
