Tenancy takeover fo a room in Jesmond

Looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my current flatmate who is leaving at the end of the month. Room is unfurnished but the kitchen has a fridge, oven and washing machine alongside some pots and pans. It is a top floor flat with two bedrooms and a living room, between Jesmond and West Jesmond metros and close to Jesmond Dene for walking. There’s also parking behind the back of the property. I am ideally looking for someone who is friendly and sociable but also knows how to clean their dishes!

Bills are normally as follows (roughly £183 each):

£32.85 - wifi
£149 - council tax
£156.48 - electric and gas
£28 - water
