I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a large double room in Jesmond (Newcastle) . The house is in a prime location—just a short walk to the bars and shops on Osborne Road, close to the metro, and within easy reach of the city centre (20min walk).
You’d be living with three great guys in their early 20s (postgrad and professional), who are friendly and sociable. The room is a large double and comes fully furnished. The room is a similar layout to the one in the photo but larger - I couldn’t find a photo of mine on the original listing, so I’ve used one of the other rooms. I lost the pictures I took but will add some when I’m back in Newcastle. I’m happy to send a video or more details if needed!
