I have a lovely private room with an en-suite available for sublet from May until the start of September, while I am away on my term abroad. It is a quiet 3 bed flat, 2 mins walk from West Jesmond metro station, making it ideal for placements or commuting. The flat has a lovely combined kitchen and living area as well as a small garden. The room has a double bed, desk and ensuite with a shower and toilet.

The house is shared with 2 sociable and tidy girls, however as it will be summer holidays, you will get a lot of privacy. Dates can be flexible, but a minimum of 2 months is needed.

£659 per month including unlimited bills and wifi.
