I’ve really enjoyed living here- it's such a peaceful and cozy home. I’m only moving because of a new job, and I hope the next person loves it just as much as I did.

The landlord is always so prompt, friendly and helpful (one of my major reasons for having renewed the contract in the past).

The other housemate is lovely- a master’s student at Newcastle University. She’s considerate, sweet, and an easygoing person who tends to keep to herself. She’s often out due to university and work and is very easy to get along with. We occasionally enjoy dinners and movie nights together.

I’m flexible with the move in date as well.
