Looking for a replacement tenant. The house is located in a great area, about a 20 minute walk from Newcastle University campus, 10 minute walk to either of the two nearby Metro stations, and plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the area. The 5 lads I would've moved in with are lovely and a good laugh. You should have no problems getting along with them if you're into football and evenings at the pub. All 5 are students at Newcastle University, so students are preferable for council tax and social reasons.

Rent is £163 per week including utilities (gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence).

Students will need a guarantor

Available from 18 August 2025 until 16 August 2026. If the agent does not receive at least one month notice for terminating the contract, the tenancy will continue as a contractual periodic tenancy.
