Looking for someone to fill a spot in a 7-bed student house in Jesmond for 2025/26 academic year. Currently, 6 boys but happy for anyone to join! House comes with an outdoor balcony area, huge kitchen and appliances, and a bi-weekly cleaner! £170 pppw double room, bills and utilities included. It is a 12 month tenancy July-July, but I am happy to cover the first month! 20 min walk to Newcastle and Northumbria Uni, 10 min walk to Jesmond Metro station which can take you directly to the railway station!
