Spare room in Jesmond for the 2025/2026 year

I have an open room in my house in west Jesmond (Brandling Village, IYKYK) as one of the girls has decided to live at home. It’s a 4 bed 2 bath in west Jesmond with a lovely front garden, separate living room and large kitchen. 2 of us are in second year and the other is in 3rd year. The bedroom is £142 per week including bills. It does come fully furnished.
We are a house of 3 girls who enjoy a chill night in watching movies or decorating the house for holidays. As well as trips to the pub, or to town for a pool night or a night out.
As it’s a smaller house we try to be outgoing with one another but also have quieter times for when we need to focus on university. We do try to keep the house organized and clean, as well as respecting the property.
The kitchen was also remodelled in April 2024.
