We are looking for someone to take over a tenancy on Fairfield Road (NE2 3BY) in Jesmond. We are two third years studying at Northumbria University (22M, 21M). Anybody is welcome regardless of university year/gender :)We are both sociable, enjoy football and going out, but also enjoy our own time and space too. We are also both clean and tidy, so if you are as well then perfect. Rent and bills are £550 a month. It is a maisonette with three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen.
