Hey everyone! I’m a 24-year-old professional who’s just moved up to Newcastle for work, and I’m on the hunt for another professional woman to share a 2-bed flat in Jesmond with me.

The flat’s on the second floor of a quiet building, so I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and relatively quiet (no 3 a. m. drum solos, sorry). That said, I do occasionally make some noise in the kitchen — mostly from baking, not burning things (most of the time).

✨ About the room:
• Double room (a bed and frame are being sorted by the landlord)
• Rent: £635/month (bills + council tax not included)
• Council tax band C, EPC rating B — so hopefully the energy bills won’t make us cry
• Free parking on a first come, first served basis (seems to be plenty of space though!)
• Just off Osborne Road and only a 10-minute walk to the Metro
