About the flat:
I’ve recently bought and fully furnished a two-bed flat on Tankerville Terrace, Jesmond. The spare room is a furnished small double (3/4 bed) with its own ensuite bathroom and overlooks the garden. The flat has a bright, open-plan living area with a large induction hob and plenty of space to relax after work. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, ideal for anyone commuting.

The property is Council Tax Band C, and all utilities are already set up and running smoothly.

About me:
I’m a data analyst working for a financial consultancy. Outside of work, I’m into running (especially trail running) and hiking, and I try to get to the Lake District whenever I can. I’m also a big rugby and football fan.
I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy-going – ideally another young professional who appreciates a calm but sociable home (even better if they want to join some runs). There’s no rush to fill the room, but I’d love to find the right person to move in when the timing fits. I'm also flexible on length of tenancy - I much more care about finding the right person :) So if you're interested - let me know!
