Double Room in beautiful Jesmond Apartment

I’m looking for someone to move in with me when my current flatmate moves out in January 2026.

A bit about me, I work a 9-5 in Project Management and in my spare time I like to go to the gym and try out new restaurants.

The flat is in a perfect position, just off Osborne road and the shops on Clayton road. It is a 5 minute walk from Jesmond metro station and you can also walk into the city centre in about 15/20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to exhibition park/the town moor and a 20 minute walk from Jesmond dene too. The flat is on the ground floor and has a really spacious living room with a gorgeous bay window which is so nice to chill and work in.

The one room available is a double room with a wardrobe. The flat has a modern main bathroom with a shower, a separate bath, basin and toilet; and then there is also another bathroom by the available room with a toilet and basin.

I arrange the bills myself and split them 3 ways. The flat is in Council Tax band C.

I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to make the flat a nice home. Happy to answer anymore questions :)
