Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our flat in Jesmond, managed by Student Cribs. The room would be available ASAP and the tenancy runs until 27 July 2026.
We’re a group of four female medical students who are friendly and clean. We’d ideally like another girl who is considerate, easy to live with, and keeps shared spaces tidy. Undergraduate or postgraduate students are both welcome!
The flat is modern and well-kept, with a shared kitchen and living area, good WiFi, and plenty of storage. We are in a great location for both Newcastle and Northumbria students, close to shops, the metro, Osborne Road, and within easy reach of the hospitals.
Rent is £144 per week, with bills included.
