Lovely light modern double en-suite room available in 2 bed house in prime Jesmond location.

Room is part furnished, with recently redone en-suite bathroom with shower. Rest of the house is modern, with open plan kitchen and sitting area, a second sitting/spare room, a further bathroom and toilet downstairs, and office space for wfh purposes. Sociable open plan sitting room that’s perfect for hosting. Downstairs room is currently being used as a bedroom, but could also be used as an office . Please contact for more photos/videos. Located in a perfect location in Jesmond, right next to the Dene on a quiet street (less studenty area). Contract is currently on a rolling monthly contract, however would be looking for someone to stay for 6 months minimum.

Looking for another young professional to move in. I am a 25 year old who works full time from the office and home throughout the week. I enjoy staying active and playing sport, seeing friends and socialising, shopping and reading! Very keen to stay in this house as it’s truly such a lovely comfortable house in a perfect location.
