Room in shared house in West Jesmond

I have a spare room in an all girls 9 bedroom shared house in West Jesmond. We are therefore looking for a female to take over the tenancy. The tenancy runs until July 22nd 2026.

The room is located on the top floor and is furnished, with two full closets outside the room to use.

There are 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms in the house. You would be using the top floor kitchen and bathroom, sharing it with 3 other girls.

The girls in the house are social and fun, but you can of course choose how private you want to be.

The house is located within 5 minute walking distance from the metro, Tesco, pharmacy and more. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the city centre.
